Blitzarcadehub delivers entertainment through virtual coins and optional premium bundles. Because our community is based in India, we follow local consumer guidelines to resolve any billing concerns quickly and fairly. This policy outlines how refund or exchange requests are handled.
1. Requirements for Refunds
Refunds are only reviewed within 14 days of purchase and when the following conditions are met:
- The virtual bundle has not been heavily consumed (less than 25% of the coins or perks unlocked).
- You provide the transaction ID or payment receipt.
- You first contact our support team so we can troubleshoot any technical issue.
2. Refund Process
To request a refund:
- Email help@blitzarcadehub.games with “Refund Request” in the subject.
- Include purchase details, screenshots, and a short explanation.
- Cooperate with any follow-up questions so we can verify the request against our Indian payment partners.
Our team responds within seven working days with the final decision or next steps.
3. Partial Refunds
We may grant partial refunds when:
- The bundle has been partially used but a documented technical issue occurred.
- Promotional items were delivered incorrectly due to a platform fault.
4. Exceptions
No refunds will be granted in the following cases:
- Fully consumed virtual coins or perks.
- Accounts banned for violating our Terms of Service.
- Bonus coins earned via giveaways or loyalty events.
5. Refund Method
Upon approval, the refund will be processed as follows:
- Funds are returned to the original payment method used in India.
- Processing may take 7-10 working days depending on your bank or UPI provider.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by banks or aggregators.
6. Exchange Policy
If you wish to exchange a product or service:
- Contact support with the package ID.
- Explain what went wrong and which alternative bundle you prefer.
- Our team will guide you through the exchange steps or offer equivalent coins.
